Customers who pull up to any of the retail outlets will find current magazine and fresh coffee in the waiting rooms. Customers who call for mobile service are met by auto glass technicians, dressed in monogrammed Charlie's knit shirts, sporting official photo I.D. cards, who drive up in one of the meticulously maintained white trucks lettered in red and blue with the familiar Charlie's logo.

While all our customers are considered preferred customers, we have a Charlie's Auto Glass preferred customer "Gold Card" which we distribute to individual customers and employees of other local businesses, encouraging them to present the card at time of service.
